How to Keep Your Summer Glow Through Fall – Extend Your Tan

Summer is entering into its last phase of warm days and fall is already in its way. It’s just not the change of season but the change of fashion, makeup, hair dos, and food and beauty products as well. As the fall arrives, sunhats will be replaced by beanies, cut-offs with be swapped for culottes, icy cold drinks will swapped for hot chocolate, lightweight skin serums will be replaced with richer formulas. But it doesn’t mean it is the end of the feeling of just-got-back-from-vacation or by this I mean tan skin. I know tanned skin is very important for all of us and we always want to look like we are just back from vacation. So for this, we spoke to a London-based-faux-tanning-expert, James Read. And Mr. Read explained how we can look sun kissed for little longer even after summers.

How to Keep Your Summer Glow

As the James said that he even being a guy loves that his tan last for longer so for that he recommends to apply melanin enhancer cream instantly following sun-exposure or a tan spray rp preserve and stimulate the color. He added that if your desired tan glow starts to fade quickly than go for applying a wash-off self-tanner. And leave this on your skin for 30 minutes and wash off. Staying for 30 minutes will help in setting the base and make sure you don’t wait more than 30 minutes because this might make you look too dark. Even a simplest daily routine can also help you without adding much to your budgets. Just mix a tsp of regular self-tanner with the regular moisturizer and apply this to your face to have a flawless tan.

Following are the products with their names that you can use as the James described above:

St. Tropez Tanning Essentials One Night Only Wash-off Face & Body Lotion.

Tan Luxe The Gloss Illuminating Face & Body Highlight.

James Read Sleep Mask Tan Go Darker Face.

Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster.

Vita Liberata Self Tan Dry Oil SPF 50.

Sisley Paris Confort Extrême Body Cream.
