8. Be Responsible:

Be responsible for all your duties. Try to finish all the chores and duties on time. For a healthier lifestyle, you have to finish all the chores. An irresponsible person makes his/her life difficult and makes himself/herself a burden on others. The burden is a burden, nobody likes such person. Try to be responsible and do your work. This makes a person more productive and confident.

9. Take a break:

Everyone needs a break. The human body is not a machine it needs some break from all the tiring work. Having some ‘me time’ is not a bad idea. Try to finish your work till 7 or 8 p.m. Read a novel, listen to the music, watch some television to relax, cook something you like, or go for walk. There are many ways to relax for doing better. Take a little break every day to make peace with your life. It will help a lot to improve your routine.

10. Proper Sleep:

‘Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise’ this is an old saying but it is still true and applicable. A human body needs 6 to 8 hours sleep to work efficiently. If you go to bed late then you will wake up late. This will ultimately affect your whole routine. You will also feel tired and lazy the whole day. Not having proper sleep makes a person insomniac and also affects its ability to concentrate on work. On the other hand having a proper sleep makes a person active and healthy.
