Avocado: ¼ (fully halved, pitted, peeled and fully ripened)
Egg white: 1
Rolled Oats: 2 tbsp.
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp.
Take a bowl and mash avocado with the help of fork until smooth, now add oats, lemon juice, and egg white and mix until the mixture is smooth and combined. Apply this mixture on your hand, massage gently and leave for about 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. You will see the noticeable glow and softness in your hands.
