2. Avoid Carbonated Drinks

The next thing you should be doing is quit carbonated drinks. Yes this is the hard one but the worthy one. Carbonated drinks contains so much sugar and other harmful chemicals that may boost your obesity and will make feel lazy. Grow your will power and tell yourself that this is going to worth it and stop drinking sodas.
